In April of 2016, Smith Realty Group was acquired by life long friends and business partners Mike Perdue and Ryan Wojan. Mike and Ryan joined Smith Realty Group in 2012 and 2014 with a long term vision. Mike came from the financial services industry and quickly rose through the ranks in our local market to become a top producing agent and also served as the team sales manager. Ryan has a background in real estate leasing and property management and also became a top producing sales agent under Dale. Their success as experts in their field and members of this elite team helped build and propel Smith Realty Group.
