Lesa Jarski has been licensed since March of 1998. She actually started as a licensed assistant in the same location where Smith Realty Group currently is located. Lesa was formerly the co-owner and Managing Broker of Real Estate One franchise in Gaylord. 

Lesa is a GHS graduate along with earning a B.S.B.A. from Michigan Technological University. Education is very important to Lesa as she has earned the designations of Graduate of Realtor Institute, Accredited Buyer Representative, e-PRO, and been an Associate Broker since 2009. Lesa also earned the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist designation in 2024 and is in the process of retaking Accredited Buyer Representative course as it has been over twenty years since initially earning that designation.

Lesa currently sits on the Water Wonderland Board of Realtors MLS and has been the Treasurer since 2005. She also sits on the Grievance and Pro Standards committees.  She is very proud to say that she was named the 2024 WWBR Realtor of the Year.

Lesa also sits on the Otsego County Library Board and was part of the expansion that our Library recently completed – check it out if you haven’t had a chance!  Lesa was the Gaylord Blue Devil Boosters Treasurer for almost ten years and also helped run concessions for Gaylord High School sports for many years.  

Lesa and Paul (Gaylord St Mary’s graduate) have been married for over twenty nine years and have three daughters – two of which have graduated from Michigan State University and #3 graduates from MSU December 2024.
