I graduated from University of Detroit with a Degree in Business admin with minors in Acctg. & Economics.  Prior ownership in 7 plants and 500 employees Automotive Tooling & Mfg. I became a Full time Gaylord Resident in 1972 & received my Real Estate licensed in 1973. Broker owner with consistent top sales. Co-founded Water Wonderland Board MLS, developed (3) Industrial Parks, partnered Wal-Mart Plaza (Edelweiss Village) and Shoppes on Main.  I currently own Dale J. Smith Rentals, property management. I am well versed and experienced in all phases of Real Estate. I've been putting my personal touch on real estate for over 45 years.
